The longest poem on Earth

The longest poem on Earth is the Mahabharata (Tamil: மகாபாரதம்) which is a poem under the stories of Hinduism. Lord Krishna, often refered to the butter-thief, is the main character of this story. To view the history of Mahabharata, you can view the Wikipedia article at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahabharata to know more. I admire this poem alot, but I admire the Ramayana (second largest poem on earth) the most. These poems are actually written in Sanskrit, and Indian language generally spoken in Northern India. To read Mahabharata the poem itself, you can purchase the book or also borrow it from the libraries in your countries. In Singapore, you can go to the regional libraries such as Jurong and Woodlands or go to the National Library located at Victoria Street.
